Gluten Free Pancakes

  • 2 Egg Whites

  • 2 Whole Eggs

  • ½ Cup Oatmeal

  • ½ Cup Cottage Cheese

  • 1tbsp Flax Meal

  • ½ Scoop Protein Powder (if you want extra protein)

  • 1Tbsp Olive Oil

  • I pinch Himalayan salt

These little babies can be enjoyed sweet or savory, I love to prepare these when I have time to enjoy –you can add some berries or banana into the mix, add a little butter or you could top with a little salmon and with wilted greens!
