Gluten Free Pancakes
2 Egg Whites
2 Whole Eggs
½ Cup Oatmeal
½ Cup Cottage Cheese
1tbsp Flax Meal
½ Scoop Protein Powder (if you want extra protein)
1Tbsp Olive Oil
I pinch Himalayan salt
These little babies can be enjoyed sweet or savory, I love to prepare these when I have time to enjoy –you can add some berries or banana into the mix, add a little butter or you could top with a little salmon and with wilted greens!
