RESERVATION POLICIES:

To reserve a spot on a specified tour, a non-refundable booking fee of $350 is required upon booking. Full payment (the balance) must be made within 30 days of the retreat start date. Prices are on twin share basis, and based on costs and exchange rates applicable. Airfares if applicable (except when otherwise stated), passport and visa fees, travel insurance, excess baggage charges, airport taxes, gratuities to leaders and guides, extra meals, laundry, drinks, medical expenses, optional activities and trips, and any items of a personal nature are not included in your trip price.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Infinite worth reserves the right to cancel a retreat and will advise you of such cancellations no later than 28 days before the tour departure date. Cancellations will not be refunded. Bookings can be transferred to a third party for the paid for retreat date.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

It is your responsibility to advise Infinite Worth of any pre-existing medical condition and/or disability that might reasonably be expected to increase the risk of you requiring medical attention, or that might affect the normal conduct of a tour and the enjoyment of other trip members.

RAPID CHANGE PROGRAM:

1. Terms used in this agreement. a. Practitioner: A qualified Hypnotherapist and Neuro Linguistic Practitioner b. Client: A person who seeks assistance from the Practitioner c. Inspired Results: The Trading Name of ROSCOH PTY LTD d. Tasking: Mandatory tasks allocated to the client by the practitioner for the purpose of creating the best possible outcomes.

2. The practitioner will set the times required after the initial client form is received.

3. The practitioner will to facilitate the appointments, the client agrees to follow the process.

4. Inspired Results agrees to spend an appropriate amount of time in preparation for the meeting with the client.

5. The client understands that the results will depend on his/her ability to take action and follow the process to the best of his/her abilities, communicate clearly with the practitioner, and to take responsibility for the results achieved. The responsibility for making the process with is the clients own.

6. The client agrees to share with the practitioner all issues that the client needs assistance with. The client agrees that issues not shared with the practitioner may impede the successful achievement of the client’s goals and objectives.

7. The practitioner agrees to use best efforts to assist the client to resolve any issues to which the coach agrees to full confidentiality.

8. The client agrees that the practitioner may assign tasks to be done in between sessions and that the client will give his best efforts to fulfil these tasks. The client further agrees that if the tasks are not done that the outcome may not be predicted and or the appointment cancelled.

9. The client acknowledges that the upon mutual agreement, the completion of some tasks may be mandatory and if the task is not completed the appointment may be cancelled without refund. At times when tasks are critical to the next session, the practitioner agrees to communicate this effectively.

10. The client understands that the practitioner is not providing psychological or medical advice and that this should in no way replicate sound treatment from a from a licenses or accredited health care provider. Your practitioner is not a licensed medical doctor, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, family worker or social worker.

11. The services you will receive are not currently regulated in Australia. We will always provide only those serviced in which we have been trained and if we cannot help you, we will refer you to a person who can assist you.

12. Infinite Worth practitioners have a specific set of skills and training that meets or exceeds the American NLP board and the American Hypnotherapy Neuro Linguistic Programming (AH-NLPB). We abide by the Unregistered Health Practitioners Act 2006 and the NSW HCCC Code of Conduct.

13. Due to the type of treatment we do, the client agrees that there may be times where the client is unsure or confused by the tactics or actions of the practitioner. This is normal and part of the process. For this reason, the client agrees to follow the steps the coach suggests to the best of their ability.

14. By signing, the client agrees that they have read and understand these terms thoroughly and have also received a copy of the guidelines and pre-work being which is to be completed 3 days prior to the first meeting. a. Pre-Work and/or Tasking (allocated after payment is received) b. Terminologies used information (allocated after payment is received)

15. The fee of this agreement will be determined upon the receival of the client form and then a formal quote in writing will be given to the client. The quote must be paid in full before commencement or an appointment is booked unless otherwise agreed in writing.

16. Cancellation policy. Once the client has paid the process begins immediately and the fee is non refundable. Once the process has commenced, there is no refund policy unless the practitioner is unable to obtain a result with the client providing the client has followed all steps and instructions of the practitioner.

17. The client agrees that the treatment they receive may include Time Line Therapy, Neural Linguistic Programming and/or Hypnosis.
