What is Time Line Therapy®?

Time Line Therapy is a fast technique that can change the chain of events leading to a certain set of unwanted behaviours or emotions. This technique allows the participant to let go of negative emotions and Limiting Decisions so that the client can then start to focus forward, creating an empowering state to create your future.

Time line Therapy is content free which means as a participant you will not be asked to relive any past events. The techniques require active imagination and is based on 3 factors.

Psychological

Where the emotion is reframed and so it disappears

All negative emotions are constructed and thus by removing the illusion that they exist, the negative emotions disappears.

Quantum Physics

By changing the way the emotion is stored inside our brain, we are able to have the emotion act like “anti matter” and the neurological boundaries of the emotion are effectively blown out and disappear.


Each person has a time line or some reference of time from their body in the direction of their past and some direction to their future. Once this is established and by using the above information we are able to use active imagination to discover and clear negative emotions and limiting beliefs.

This then allows us to go into the future and set goals in the unconscious mind as well as deal with future events that may cause anxiety or any of the other negative emotions. Imagine thinking about a goal you set and have already achieved. Does it seem more believable that one you haven’t achieved? This technique allows us to set goals with the same internal attitude and belief that you have when you have already achieved something.

Most clients report that before the goals setting it seemed unachievable and in the preceding days that the goal seems so achievable that they start to set higher goals or achieve them in much less time than they set out.

This technique gets results fast and allows people to over come negative emotions like anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt and other negative emotions as well as limiting beliefs. This is the tool we use when we are Creating Your Future.
