Everything infused with love is healing, then comes peace and awakening.

The vast intelligence of the human body is beyond our full comprehension, but what we do know is that our ‘living libraries’ store energetic information on all levels; physical, emotional and spiritual.

When life becomes challenging, our energy systems are disrupted and pockets of energy can become ‘trapped’ in the energy channels of the body through physical contraction and emotional suppression. 

Release of stored tension and trauma through the healing power of massage can remove blockages and balance energies by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system, the system that that is responsible for restoring the body to a calm and composed state. 

When we are balanced, we are healthy and vibrant and resilient.

With 20 years of experience in holistic and therapeutic massage, I have come to deeply understand the healing power of touch in a safe and nurturing sanctuary.

Continued studies in the art of ceremony, ritual, ancient healing principles and vibrational medicine have deepened my ability to hold multi-dimensional spaces for my clients that invite wellness, connection and awakening.

What to Expect

Ceremonial body work goes much deeper than ‘just’ massage. 

This bodywork is a rite of passage, a way to help you understand yourself and birth new chapters in your life.

We will be working with in sacred space, offering prayer and intention and allowing safe communion with your higher self and guiding allies.

At the beginning of our time together we will explore what is present for you on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. With a deeper understanding of where your energies are, you will be able to set intentions for your highest good - what you wish to release, and what you wish to call into your life. 

The sacred space, plant medicines and vibrational tools will allow you to safely surrender and allow the body work to bring you to the deepest healing and energetic alignment possible.

From this place, clarity and truth are easily accessed and personal power and creativity are able to flow freely, allowing us to rise to our potential and have a positive impact of the world.
