Seven Health Hacks To Kick Start Your Day!
I love sitting and enjoying this breakfast with a cup of green tea!
Omelette You Decide
2 whole eggs
1 egg white Handful of cilantro/coriander
Handful of greens (spinach, kale, or anything leafy green)
3 baby tomatoes or half a regular tomato
¼ cup leek and fennel (chopped finely)
½ red chilli or Jalapeño (seeds in or out)
1 tbsp. coconut oil to cook in.
Throw all ingredients into the pan with the coconut oil and sauté crack the first two eggs into pan and separate the last egg and place only the egg white in the pan. You can scramble or keep eggs in tack, I like my yokes a little runny but cook to your liking!

For The Love Of Chocolate
100g of coconut yoghurt (or Greek yogurt)
1scoop of chocolate protein powder Handful of blueberries, black berry or raspberry
Handful of Paleo mix seeds and nuts
Mix and enjoy! If you like chocolate mousse you will love this! You can even make this a healthy desert, it’s a great breakfast you can make up the night before if you are on the go tomorrow.
Green Tea
1 Tablespoon of tea leaves into your teapot or re-usable tea filter bag
Pour almost boiling water over tea let steep for 2 –5 mins
May also enjoy cold over ice.
